My Treatments

Deep Tissue Massage : This massage is perfect for releasing muscle tightness and helping with any aches and pains you may be feeling day-to-day. The pressure is generally medium-high and uses compression techniques and deeper massage strokes to release tightness.

Signature Massage by Catherine : This is my Signature massage style combining the techniques of deep tissue work in the specific area(s) you need, with the flow of the relaxation massage. It's my belief that to achieve the best results for muscle release and improved physical wellbeing, your body needs to be in a state of relaxation, and this treatment embodies this.

Swedish Massage: This massage is a perfect 'maintenance massage', keeping your body in really great condition, before the aches and pains kick in! The pressure is medium and works to improve circulation, to relax and replenish, and to catch any areas of muscle tightness before they build up.

Relaxation Massage : This massage is perfect for (as it says on the tin), relaxing! The pressure is light-medium, and works to relax and rejuvenate your body, calming your nervous system and leaving you feeling refreshed, and perhaps a little sleepy! Scalp, hand and feet massage are included (unless you would like any missed out!).

Pricing

60 minutes: £70

Recommended for a Deep tissue/Signature massage focusing on one or two areas, or a full body Swedish/Relaxation massage.

75 minutes: £80

Recommended for focused Deep tissue/Signature or full body Swedish/Relaxation massage with extra time one or two areas.

90 minutes: £95

Recommended for full body deep tissue/Signature massage or a luxurious Swedish/Relaxation massage
